Police in Geneva arrested a city man following a domestic incident.
Carlos Antonio Rodriguez, 35, of Geneva, was arrested on May 20 following a domestic incident on High Street. He was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
Rodriguez was accused of knowingly acting in a manner that could be harmful to the physical, mental, or moral welfare of a child under the age of seventeen, according to police.
The charges were brought against him after an investigation into the incident, leading to his arrest.
