Police say a convicted felon from Geneva has been indicted on new drug charges after a lengthy investigation in Ontario County.
Luis Pabo Soto-Burgos, 49, has been charged with two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
The indictment stems from the sale of a controlled substance in Ontario County.
Additional information about the investigation was not provided.
Soto-Burgos was held at the Ontario County Jail.
