Taron Johnson will be staying in Buffalo for at least another four years.
The Bills signed the All-Pro cornerback to a three-year, $31 million extension on Monday, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported.
The deal makes him the highest-paid nickel cornerback in the NFL.
Johnson had one year remaining on his contract but will now be a Bill through 2027.
The 27-year-old appeared in all 17 regular season games in 2023, recording 98 tackles, three tackles for loss, one sack, three forced fumbles, and one fumble recovery.
Johnson joins offensive lineman Dion Dawkins as players who have received extensions this offseason.
