In a move to better serve the community, the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office has announced an expansion of operating hours for its Pistol Permit Unit. Starting January 22, 2024, the unit will be open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will now also include Saturday hours. This change is aimed at providing greater accessibility to the public for pistol permit services.
To facilitate an organized and efficient process, all transactions related to pistol permits will be handled by appointment only.
