Police arrested a Prattsburg man following an incident in Canandaigua over the summer.
It’s alleged that on July 24 Benjamin Wood, 31, of Prattsburg was parked at a gas station in Canandaigua when customers observed him engaged in a lewd act.
He was issued an appearance ticket for public lewdness on November 1.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
