Police arrested a Canandaigua man on menacing and weapons charges after a disturbance on South Main Street.
According to police, Richard Norton, 18, was charged with menacing and criminal possession of a weapon after charging at a man with a knife during a dispute.
No injuries were reported, nor was the address identified in a press release.
However, Norton was released on an appearance ticket.
