Deputies say a Rochester man was taken into custody after using a crow bar to damage an ATM in Victor.
Antwon Williams, 32, is accused of using that crow bar to damage an ATM on April 14.
The cost of damage exceeded $1,500, deputies said. He was charged with one count of criminal mischief.
The charge will be answered at a later date.
