Deputies report the arrest of a Bath resident following an investigation which ended on May 11.
According to a news release, Renee Morris, 43, offered a false documents to Department of Social Services and received more than $15,000 of benefits illegally.
She was charged with felony counts of offering a false instrument for filing, falsifying business records, and grand larceny.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
