FINGER LAKES TODAY 1/30: Waterloo CSD creates a plan to go remote, Dog saved in fire, NFL recap and Brussel Sprouts (video)

On the Monday, January 30 2023 edition of Finger Lakes Today, hosts Rebecca Swift and Sydney Radka prepare you for the day. They start the day by telling you what to expect this week for weather.

Then, Josh Durso joins us to tell us our latest headlines including Waterloo’s plan to go remote, Dog saved in a fire, NYSEG/RGE billing issues and Speed limit increases in NYS. After those headlines, Paul Russo and Jim Sinicropi join us to talk about a fun weekend in sports. They first talk about the NFL Championship games and give their take about them. They also talk Syracuse Basketball and their blowout loss to Virginia Tech on Saturday as well as some headlines from High School Basketball.

Jim stays in the studio to talk about how he made Brussel Sprouts and Salmon. Jim shows us the video he made documenting the ingredients and provides some expert analysis on the dish.

Rebecca ends the show by talking to Dr. Matthew Schiralli from  Rochester Regional Health.
