The sentencing of two brothers in connection with an armed robbery that happened in 2020 has been delayed.
Lateef Jokogbola-Odusanya and Maleek Odusanya were scheduled to be sentenced for an October 2020 robbery of a Geneva man.
The date was moved to February 2nd after an apparent disagreement over restitution to the victim, the Finger Lakes Times reports.
The duo was found guilty in September on felony burglary, robbery, and grand larceny charges.
Both have been incarcerated at the Ontario County Jail since their conviction.
