Police arrested a Missouri man following a larceny at the Walmart store in Seneca Falls.
Travis Herman, age 36, is accused of concealing merchandise that had been removed from its packaging, passing all points of sale with no attempt to pay for it.
Once taken into custody he was found to be in possession of the stolen merchandise. Herman also had an active warrant and found to be in possession of two controlled substances.
He was already facing two felony counts of criminal possession, and was additionally charged with petit larceny.
The charges will be answered at a later date in local court.
