Police say a 66-year-old Seneca Falls resident was arrested on a felony charge after threatening to kill a person.
Martin Ches, 66, was arrested following the incident on Fall Street where he threatened to kill a person, while in violation of an active court order.
Chen was charged with one count of felony criminal contempt and one count of harassment.
The charges will be answered at a later date. Police say Ches was issued an appearance ticket.
