A Canandaigua motorist was charged after report of a male asleep at the wheel in a parking lot.
Canandaigua Police arrested Seth A. Benson, 37, for driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation.
Benson was located in the parking lot of a business on Eastern Boulevard where he was found to have operated his vehicle in an intoxicated state and with a revoked license.
Benson was remanded to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment.
