Police say a Penn Yan man was ticketed following a traffic stop.
According to a news release, the Penn Yan Police Department ticketed Shaun M. Drennen, 42, of Penn Yan for aggravated unlicensed operation.
Drennen was observed driving on Elm Street in Penn Yan with a revoked New York State driver’s license.
He is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
