The operator of an unlicensed spa in Livingston County is under police investigation following numerous complaints from local residents.
The Candigirl Sensual Massage Parlor, located on Park Place in the village of Avon, has been the subject of allegations regarding illegal activities.
Despite the allegations, the spa operator denies any illegal activity. Avon Police are currently investigating the claims, bolstered by surveillance footage submitted by Raynard.
As of now, no charges have been filed, but the town is collaborating with the state division of licensing to resolve the situation.
