Geneva woman arrested for burglary

A Geneva woman was arrested after a reported burglary in process.

According to a news release, the Geneva Police Department arrested Rachel Nicole Woodhams-Vasquez, 37, of Geneva for burglary.

Upon officers arrival to the Castle Street residence, Woodhams-Vasquez was located in the back lawn. Through investigation, it was learned that Woodhams-Vasquez entered the residence through a window, stole items, and attempted to flee the premises.

Woodhams-Vasquez was transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
