Herkimer County man charged with rape and incest

A Herkimer County man was arrested on multiple felony sex offense charges.

According to a news release, State Police arrested Jack K. Zeidner, 51, of Russia, NY for rape, incest, and criminal sex act.

Zeidner is accused of having sexual intercourse with a female relative.

Zeidner was processed without incident, arraigned, and remanded to the Herkimer County Correction Facility.
