Deputies say two people were sent to the hospital following a single vehicle crash on Route 350 in the town of Walworth.
It happened around 11 a.m. on Thursday, according to a news release.
David Donaldson Jr., 37, of Rochester was operating a flatbed stake body truck, traveling south on Route 350 when his vehicle traveled off the west shoulder- striking a utility pole.
The truck and utility pole suffered serious damage.
Donaldson and his passenger, 54-year-old Randy Shipmon were sent to Rochester General Hospital with minor injuries.
Deputies were assisted by firefighters from Lincoln and Walworth fire departments. Ontario Ambulance also assisted at the scene.
Donaldson was ticketed for moving from lane unsafely.
