Criminal mischief complaint leads to arrest in Williamson

Police arrest a man in Williamson following a criminal mischief complaint.

According to a news release, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Daquan S. Richardson, 25, for criminal possession of a weapon, criminal mischief, menacing, and endangering the welfare of a child.


It is alleged that Richardson had damaged and destroyed property within an apartment that belonged to another person. Following the incident, it is alleged that Richardson displayed a knife and pointed it at the victim. 

Richardson is due to appear in the Town of Williamson Court at a later date to answer charges.
