Henrietta man arrested after stealing beer from gas station

Police arrested a Henrietta man following a larceny investigation.

According to a news release, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Lukas Cubiotti, 29, of Henrietta for petit larceny.

Cubiotti is reported to have entered the Pit Stop gas station in Sodus Point, grabbed a pack of Keystone beer and left without paying.

Cubiotti is due to answer charges in the Sodus Town Court at a later date.
