Seneca County man arrested for violating order of protection

Police arrest an Ovid man for violating an order of protection.

According to a news release, the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office arrested Charles J. McCoy, 64, of Ovid for criminal contempt.


It is alleged McCoy called the protected party and left multiple voicemails.

McCoy was taken into custody and is pending arraignment.
