Police report the arrest of a Geneva man.
According to a news release, the Penn Yan police department arrested Sebastian M. Bruno, 28, of Geneva following a traffic stop.
Officers observed several signs of intoxication during the traffic stop and Bruno was placed through standardized field sobriety tests. Bruno failed the sobriety test and a chemical breath test later revealed a 0.10% BAC. He was charged with DWI.
Bruno was given an appearance ticket to appear in Penn Yan village court at a later date.
