One group is fighting hard for fourth stimulus checks, specifically seniors.
The Senior Citizens League has called on Congress to send another check worth $1,400 to seniors collecting Social Security.
Their need is greater due to the fact that they live on a fixed income.
The COLA increase, which would increase their monthly income, was 5.9% for 2022.

While that’s incredibly high in recent history, the announcement was made in Oct. 2021.

Will seniors see a fourth stimulus check in the future?
Right now there is no sign of there being a fourth payment for seniors collecting Social Security.
While this is not ideal, President Biden’s Build Back Better bill has provisions to benefit seniors on Social Security and Medicare.
The bill was supposed to pass at the end of 2021, but the Senate could not come to an agreement.
If passed, Medicare will include hearing services.
There will also be more control on the government’s side when it comes to negotiating the price of prescription drugs.
