Police say three people were arrested after a fight in the Tops Friendly Market plaza on January 23.
According to a news release, Earl Heath, 40, engaged in a physical fight with another person in the parking lot causing a disturbance. The victim in this case was subjected to unwanted physical contact, which resulted in criminal charges.
Heath was charged with two counts of harassment. He was released on an appearance ticket.
Charles Smith, 44, of Seneca Falls was also arrested after that dispute. He was charged with disorderly conduct.
Kyle Davis, 29, of Waterloo was also arrested on an assault charge, as well as two counts of harassment. He was also charged with disorderly conduct.
All of the charges will be answered in town court at a later date.
