Foo Fighters concert offers a faster way for attendees to show proof of vaccination before the event

A pre-check system for vaccination status will be set up before the Foo Fighters Sept. 15 concert at the St. Joseph’s Health Amphitheater.

This is their first event to require proof of vaccination in order to get in.

To get checked in and save time before the concert, between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. Tuesday and after 3 p.m. Wednesday, visitors can get their status checked in at the Amp and the Oncenter Convention Center.

Upon arrival you must show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test, and proper identification.

Once verified, a wristband is put on that needs to be shown the night of the concert to skip the lines.

The wristbands are also designed uniquely to avoid people giving them to someone else.

County Executive Ryan McMahon stated that LiveNation is paying for this and that anyone who purchased a ticket knew about the requirement.

Anyone showing up without a wristband, negative test, or proof of vaccine will be denied entry.
