The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of two people following a burglary investigation.
Adam Donnelly, 19, of Victor and Tyler Westerberg, 18, of Waterloo are accused of breaking a window to an office building at Old Castle, entering the building, and stealing property.
The burglary alarm was activated and deputies responded. They were taken into custody as they tried to exit the building.
The third-degree burglary charge that each faces will be answered at a later date in local court.
