On Monday police arrested a 28-year-old Canandaigua man following a burglary investigation stemming from an incident over the weekend.
Eric Khauka, 28, of Canandaigua was charged with felony burglary and grand larceny.
It’s alleged that on Sunday he forcibly entered a residence in the city- stealing money and property belonging to the victim.
He was processed on Monday without incident and was held at the Ontario County Jail on no bail due to being a predicate felon.
