Deputies report the investigation of a crash at the intersection of State Route 31F and Canandaigua Road in Macedon.
It happened on June 21 around 4 p.m., according to deputies, who sent out a news release late-Monday following an investigation.
Patrick Labarge, of Walworth was traveling north on Canandaigua Road, when another vehicle- operated by Steven Brown, of Port Gibson was westbound on Canandaigua Road.
Labarge failed to yield the right of way, resulting in a collision. A juvenile passenger in his vehicle was transported to the hospital for a minor shoulder injury.
Labarge was ticketed for failing to yield the right of way. The charge will be answered at a later date in local court.
