Officers say Preston was traveling west on Eastern Blvd. and had rear-ended another vehicle at the intersection.

His vehicle then proceeded through the intersection and struck another vehicle on the other side.

Officers say Preston’s license was suspended and issued appearance tickets for the violations.

Two people were treated at Thompson Hospital for minor injuries.
