Waterloo motorcyclist, passenger both sent to Strong Memorial Hospital after Wayne County crash

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the investigation of a motorcycle crash that happened on Sunday in the town of Arcadia.

Deputies say that around 7:28 p.m. a motorcycle operated by Nathaniel White, 19, of Waterloo was traveling south on Pleasant Valley Road when a deer entered the roadway.


White attempted to avoid the deer and drove off the roadway. The motorcycle crashed, resulting in injuries to White and the passenger.

The passenger was not identified by deputies, but noted that the two were transported to Strong Memorial Hospital by Lyons Town Ambulance and Newark Ambulance.

The Newark Fire Department and Marbletown Fire Department both assisted at the scene.
