On Friday around 5 a.m. police arrested a Canandaigua resident following a physical altercation that had occurred a day earlier at a town residence.
Daterione Gulley, 27, of Canandaigua is accused of subjecting a victim to unwanted physical contact while displaying a knife.
Police say Gulley was charged with harassment, menacing, and criminal possession of a weapon.
He was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility pending arraignment. The charges will be answered in Seneca Falls Town Court.
Police say the victim was not injured during the incident.
