The Canandaigua Police Department reports the arrest of a local man following a disturbance at a residence on Windward Way.
Investigators say Paul Gignillit, 59, made a threatening gesture toward another person while making verbal threats as well.
Gignillit was charged with menacing and transported to the Ontario County Jail pending arraignment.
The charge will be answered at a later date.
