The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Newark man following an investigation into a property damage accident.
Quashawn Simpson, 23, of Newark was charged with DWI, aggravated DWI with a BAC over .18%, AUO, failure to maintain lane, and unlicensed operation.
Deputies say the charges stem from an investigation into a property damage collision in the town of Arcadia. They say Simpson had a BAC of .25% at the time of the crash.
He was transported to the Wayne County Jail and released on appearance tickets.
