Police: Seneca Falls duo charged with unlawfully dealing with a child

On Tuesday around 9:05 a.m. police arrested a Seneca Falls pair for unlawfully dealing with a child following an unrelated investigation.

Samantha Spruill, 19, and Rodrigo Morales, 28, were both charged with one count of unlawfully dealing with a child in the first degree.

Police say a large quantity of marijuana drug paraphernalia were found inside their home.

The drug activity was also being maintained and conducted in the presence of a one-year-old child.

Both individuals were processed and released on an appearance ticket.

Police say Child Protective Services has opened an investigation.
