Supporters of Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who is running as an independent candidate in the upcoming U.S. presidential election, will gather at the Cuddy Office Building in Auburn, New York, to sign a petition for his ballot access. The event is happening on Thursday, May 9, from 4 to 7 PM, attracting active-registered voters from across the state.

The petition-signing is part of a broader initiative to secure Kennedy’s position on the New York State ballot. Organized by local volunteers, the event emphasized that signing the petition would not obligate attendees to vote for Kennedy but would support the principle of offering voters more choices in the presidential election.

Donna Lucente, a volunteer organizer, says that any registered voter could participate regardless of party affiliation, promoting the event as a chance for citizens to engage in a healthy democratic process. Further details and upcoming events can be accessed through the official “Kennedy24” campaign website.
