Offered by the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators, the Comprehensive Boating Incident Investigation Course equipped him with specialized knowledge in various critical areas, including boat electrical systems, fires, explosions, and electric shock drowning.

The training is designed to deepen understanding of the complexities involved in boat accident investigations and to enhance the skills needed to assess and respond to various marine incidents effectively.
