Could Finger Lakes area schools & businesses reopen sooner than NYC?

It is a possibility that schools and businesses in the Finger Lakes and other regions of Upstate New York State could reopen sooner than those downstate in areas more affected by the coronavirus. This, according to Governor Andrew Cuomo  during Monday morning’s press briefing in Albany.
