Police say a 30-year-old Geneva woman was arrested after a crime in progress investigation in the city.
According to a news release, Elizabeth Martin, 30, was arrested for criminal contempt after violating a court order.
The ‘stay away’ order of protection was violated on February 23 when the incident was investigated, police said.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
