Police provided few details in a press release, but a Geneva man faces the most-serious burglary charge possible, after an incident in the city.
Ricardo Cruz-Figueroa, 47, was charged with first-degree burglary after entering a residence while armed with a dangerous weapon.
He was there with the intent to commit a crime, police added.
The felony burglary charge will be answered at a later date.
