The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office has made an arrest following an August 2019 crash in the town of Arcadia.
Ronald Mack, 44, of Arcadia was arrested on January 17th after lab tests revealed that his blood alcohol level during the crash was 0.16%.
Due to his crash being twice the legal limit, Mack was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a BAC over 0.08%, operating a vehicle without an inspection, driving without a proper license, and unreasonable speed.
He was transported to the Wayne County Jail for prints and photos an released on appearance tickets. Mack will appear in February to answer the charges.
