Geneva City School District asks for public’s input on superintendent search

The Geneva City School District is inviting the public to participate in a survey, which is aimed at developing an “Ideal Candidate Profile” based on feedback from the community.

“An important step of a superintendent search process is developing an ‘Ideal Candidate Profile’ from the feedback of many different stakeholder groups,” Heather Swanson said in a prepared statement to the media. “One avenue the search consultant team will be gathering this information is through a Superintendent Search Survey. Please join us and provide your feedback to the Geneva Board of Education on desired qualities of a successful candidate as the Board prepares to choose the next superintendent of schools.”

The Superintendent Search Survey can be accessed at https://bit.ly/2OO8jhZ or by visiting www.wflboces.org/geneva.

Any questions regarding the Superintendent Search Process should be directed to the Wayne-Finger Lakes BOCES District Superintendent, Dr. Vicky Ramos, Search Consultant at 315-332-7284.
