The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Lyons Man following an investigation into a property damage crash.
Deputies arrested Roger S Wiltsie, 55, of Lyons. Following the report of a property damage collision it was determined that Wiltsie was operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of 0.11 percent.

Wiltsie was charged with Driving while intoxicated, driving with a BAC of .08 percent or higher, moving from lane unsafely and aggravated unlicensed operation.
He was released on tickets and will return to Galen Town Court at a later date.
