As result, McConnon was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, driving with a BAC over 0.18 percent, moving from lane unsafely, and failure to keep right.

The felony charges stem from McConnon having a prior DWI conviction in the last ten years.

He was arraigned in Arcadia Town Court and released.
