A Rochester man was taken into custody Monday after turning himself in at the Ontario County Jail on a bench warrant issued by Canadice Town Court, according to the Ontario County Sheriff's Office.
Brett Kellar, 37, arrived at the jail in Canandaigua around 5:30 p.m., deputies said.
Kellar appeared in CAP court after deputies took him into custody on the warrant.
He was released with a future appearance date in Canadice Town Court, the sheriff's office said.
