DWI, larceny, drug possession and unlicensed driving charges are among the cases listed in a Schuyler County Sheriff's Office arrest report dated Sept. 30.
The report identifies seven people, including a Watkins Glen woman listed in separate warrant and drug-possession entries.
Trinity Ennis, 21, of Montour Falls, was arrested Sept. 17 on charges of driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content above 0.08% after a traffic stop on state Route 224 in the town of Catharine, according to the sheriff's office. Ennis was issued traffic tickets to appear in Catharine Town Court.
Rachel Phytila, 28, of Montour Falls, was arrested Sept. 17 on a petit larceny charge following a complaint at Dollar General on North Catherine Street in the village of Montour Falls. Deputies said Phytila was issued an appearance ticket for Montour Falls Village Court.
Delisa Rangstrom, 37, of Horseheads, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation after a Sept. 18 traffic stop on state Route 13 in the town of Cayuta. Rangstrom was issued a traffic ticket to appear in Cayuta Town Court.
Edward McKie Jr., 43, of Elmira, was arrested Sept. 21 on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear in Dix Town Court. McKie was arraigned in Schuyler County Centralized Arraignment Part Court and remanded to the Schuyler County Jail.
Mary Balcerak, 65, of Watkins Glen, was arrested Sept. 24 on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear in Dix Town Court. Balcerak was arraigned in Schuyler County Centralized Arraignment Part Court and released to appear in Dix Town Court.
In a separate entry, deputies reported arresting Balcerak on a charge of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after a traffic stop on state Route 329 in the town of Dix. The entry does not specify the date of that stop. Balcerak was issued an appearance ticket for Dix Town Court.
Hunter White, 19, of Trumansburg, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation after a Sept. 24 traffic stop on state Route 414 in the town of Hector. White was issued traffic tickets to appear in Hector Town Court.
Ceara Mattison, 28, of Watkins Glen, was arrested Sept. 27 on a petit larceny charge after a complaint at Dollar General on North Catherine Street in Montour Falls. Mattison was issued an appearance ticket for Montour Falls Village Court.
