An Olean man was charged with larceny after an $875 shoplifting complaint at Dick's House of Sport in Victor, according to the Ontario County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies said the arrest was made around 2:02 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 17, at the store at 200 Eastview Mall Drive.
The sheriff's office identified the man as 35-year-old Stephon Edwards.
Investigators said Edwards passed all points of sale without paying for the merchandise.
Edwards is due back in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
