A youthful offender was arrested Sept. 8 after allegedly threatening to blow up another person’s home during a telephone argument, Penn Yan police said.
The person was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment.
Police said the victim reported the threat, and the youthful offender later admitted making it during an interview with officers.
The person was released with an appearance ticket for Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
