A Naples man was charged with petit larceny following an investigation into an alleged theft at the Walmart in Canandaigua, the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office said.
Deputies took Andrew James Fuller, 52, into custody at about 11:42 a.m. Friday, July 31, in connection with an incident that occurred July 3.
The sheriff’s office alleged Fuller left the store without paying full price for merchandise valued at $174.
Fuller was released with an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Hopewell Town Court at a later date.
