A Naples man was charged with harassment after deputies said he made unwanted physical contact with another person during a dispute in the town of Italy.
Kenneth R. Haitz, 59, was charged with second-degree harassment following the July 16 incident on Granite Circle, according to the Yates County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies said the altercation occurred at about 8:06 p.m. Authorities did not release additional details about the dispute or report any injuries.
Haitz was issued a criminal summons and is scheduled to appear in Italy Town Court at a later date.
