An Ontario County man was arrested Thursday after deputies investigated a domestic incident in Naples, according to the Ontario County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies said Harold A. Todd, 26, of 6395 Oakley Road, Naples, was charged with third-degree assault after an incident reported at that address.
The sheriff's office said the incident occurred July 1 and involved Todd's 22-year-old sister. Deputies alleged Todd threw her down the stairs multiple times, causing injury.
Todd was arrested at about 8:34 p.m. July 3 and taken to the Ontario County Jail, where he was held for CAP Court, according to the release.
He is scheduled to appear in Naples Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
